Damage & Return Policy
It is the customers responsibility to immediately inspect all items received for any damage. If any damage is noted, the item should be REFUSED. You should keep a copy of the delivery receipt noting the damage. Digital pictures of the damage are also a good idea.
If you accept a damaged item, then you will have all responsibility for filing the damage claim with the delivering carrier.
Replacement items for damaged goods will be sent to you as quickly as possible.
If there was no obvious damage upon delivery; but, later concealed damage is discovered, contact our office immediately. Time limits for filing concealed damage claims are regulated by the freight or package delivery carrier's policy.
Jasper Generators dba Alt-Electric will not honor any claim that can not be substantiated with the delivering carrier.
Due to the nature of the item, returns are not allowed for pressure washers, generators, or products that ship LTL freight. They must be repaired under warranty, and the below paragraph does not apply.
Returns will be accepted within thirty (30 days) of shipping subject to the manufacturer's policy and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless a similar replacement item is ordered. Some items (e.g. Special Order or Close-Out) are not returnable. No refund or credit will be issued until the return is inspected.
